Fellow classmates of the Triton Regional High School Class of 1964,
Fondest regards as we enter our seventh decade.
Yes, folks, count them! That’s what Dave Worrell wrote to me last January 2007 when he sent me a book of poems in which he was recently published. Seems that the Tallest member of our class has also become the most poetic. Who’d a thunk it 44 years ago when he was dunking baskets for the Triton Red Basketball Team.
So, what have you been up to in the last 44 years? We would love to know. We would love to see you!
A few members of our class — Bob Cabnet, Vince Ferguson, Dave Worrell, Janet Stiles, Sue Punda, Faye Hopkins, Roe Sichort, and Joe Wilk — have graciously formed an ad hoc Reunion Committee and have been voluntarily organizing several events. Last year we had two small get-to-gethers at the Tiki Bar at Villari’s Lakeside in Sicklerville. This year we had another two Tiki Bar parties, PLUS a bigger party at the Coastline Bar and Restaurant in Cherry Hill on October 4, 2008. We had a great time and very much missed all of you who didn’t come.
Please send me pictures for our website — old and new — how we were then, how we are now! We don’t look a day over 18, now do we?!?
Please feel free to comment on our blog page. Let us know where you are, what you are doing, and what you are thinking.
Looking forward to hearing from you and seeing you at our 45-year reunion in 2009!
